Congratulations to Jessica Zhu (12th grade) and Katie Hwang (10th grade) who performed last night as finalists in the US Army Orchestra Young Artist Competition. String players from across the DMV auditioned to be considered for this competition, and these two Wootton students were five of the selected finalists. AND, a special congratulations to Jessica Zhu who first place and has earned the honor to solo with the Army Ensembles on May 19th.
